COFFEE REGION

The coffee region is the cradle of Colombian coffee. The beauty of this region is unbelievable thanks to the huge mountains that surround it, the fertility of its soils, and its natural richness, represented in a large biodiversity of flora and fauna. The cheerfulness and warmth of its people stand out to make travelers always feel welcome to visit these lands.

OUR COFFEE CULTURAL LANDSCAPE has been declared WORLD HERITAGE by UNESCO.

CLIMATE

The coffee region as a whole enjoys a very pleasant climate throughout the year. The hacienda is located in the southern part of the region; therefore, its climate is warmer and not so rainy. During the year, temperatures range between 20º C and 28º C (68º F – 82º F), with variations in the frequency and intensity of the rains.

HOW TO GET THERE

By Airplane: The hacienda is located 12 km (7.5 miles) from El Edén International Airport. Currently, there are non-stop flights from Bogotá (Avianca), Medellín (ADA) and Fort Lauderdale (Spirit).

By Car: The hacienda is located 9 km (5.5 miles) from the Bogotá – Cali road, and 30 km (18.5 miles) from the city of Armenia.
